Hey View, did you know we were mysogynistic adolescent boys who only read comics to ogle the watermelon-boobied women and have masturbatory fantasies about lesbian cops?
See, damnit, I knew I'd missed my vocation somewhere...
I'd almost be offended if it weren't so damn silly... and poorly researched... and biased. And I'd write a counter-comment but... *eh* bollocks to it, the whole thing's stupid.
(Because for starters, they forgot the entirety of the Manga world, where not only are huge portions of it aimed at girls but there's plenty that features great, heaping spoonfulls of slashtastic pretty-boy action... It's not all watermelon-boobies and useless women in the world of comics, and nor is it all sweaty pubescent boys in the comic store. Having spent so long hanging around in Magic lab I can tell you that much for absolute certain.)
But then again, the mere fact that I hang out online so much according to some makes me a sweaty, overweight middle-aged man sitting around in a basement somewhere with one hand down the front of my stained white underpants... may as well add "mysogynistic comic nerd" to that as well.
