From the garbled message JR mumbled at me when I first woke up, I think my grandad's somehow dislocated his shoulder and I have to make my own way to the optician because mum has to take him to A&E... *rolls eyes*

Well at least it explains who woke me up at 7:15 with the constantly ringing telephone anyway.
