Booyah baby! Finally got a picture of ME!
Aug. 13th, 2004 03:13 pmYes! You guessd it! More WEDDING STUFF!
These were all taken by Exceedingly-Tall-Dan, one of JR's nephews. His digicam's not great and a couple are slightly out of focus but... here we go again.
This is the Rolls we arrived in. 1970-something, built for the Duke of somewhere... You know my memory's bad, all I know is that ohhhh mamma, that thing was NICE.
You don't drive in a Rolls, you process in a stately manner to wherever you happen to be going. I don't think it topped 30 mph the whole way there, but that's ok, it gives people more time to watch as you go past. :P

The Bride and Groom, just before they were doused in confetti. Kat had to shake out her bodice in the bathroom because people kept shoving it down her top. :P

So... this would be me...

And this would be a cropped down version of a big group shot, but from left to right:
Back Row: Chris & Richard (Best men) and JR looking a little constiptaded O_o. Just below him is one of Kat's aunts.
Front Row: Grandad, Me, the Boywonder, Kat,
zet924 and Kat's dad Peter

And this is... virtually everyone who turned up, minus a handful who were taking photos. Please don't ask me to name everyone. :P

You're like some English Proper Domenatrix fanatsy in that get-up! I hear THAT!
The wedding looked wonderful. I love the theme. They seem like such a great and fun couple. Your family is amazing, and so impressed they all came together like that.
Wow!
And now I know, looking at your outfit, what you were screaming about it being so hot!

Never have I ever had a maid of honor or bride's maid dress that actually looked *good*. It's got to be some sort of tradition here to make your bridal party look as bad as possible. :-P

Date: 2004-08-14 01:35 am (UTC)Yeah, Richard's hair is abysmal isn't it? It changes length depending on the sedentary level of his current job, so programmer=LONG, roadie=SHORT... I have no idea what he's up to at the moment but I hear it's quite physically involving.
Red, Purple and bluuuuuuue
Date: 2004-08-14 01:28 am (UTC)And may I be the first to point out the giant purple tribble that Im holding...that would be one of the Photographers hat :p
