The reason snakes don't have feet

So, my feet. Are like snakes. For instead of shedding skin in a continual, vague sloughing like everyone else in the universe, my feet seem to shed but once a year, wherein an entire layer spontaneously peels off. Like a snake. Or like a dog shedding its winter coat. But without the fur. Hence it being like a snake. It's icksom. Cause it looks like I have psychotically bad athelete's foot. Which I don't.
But this is why snakes don't have feet. Cause peeling feet are more trouble than they're worth.


Anyway, My knees are still aching but at least I did finally get that bath so I'm once more clean and sweet-smelling... Mt lilac berry lights look rather pink when they're lit but that's ok, cause it's just the right tone not to clash hideously with the wallpaper. Though I did discover that 2 of the bulbs were dud when I got them out of the box. Luckily they came with 2 spares but that kinda' blew. New lights are all supposed to WORK, damnit! :p
Eh, but I digress...

Today's random irritation... local companies that have e-mail addresses but never actually bother to reply if you ask them something that way.
*pokes them with a stick*
Why bother advertising it if you're not going to CHECK it?
