If you gotta' draw short and stocky, at least draw short and stocky in bloody proportion.
Mr R, take note, Lathrop's dream of naked Wolverbutt was just... ehh, all it needed was some non-hairy buttocks, was that so much to ask?
Not that I'm above hypocracy, mind you... but either way, I got my Wolvermuse to strip off and look pensive for a while so it was't a complete loss.
Usual disclaimers. Still waiting for a magical new scanner that doesn't diddle with the contrast. ;p
For the hypocracy you may be wondering about, it comes along when some of you remember that I've often said I can't/won't/don't like to do fanart too often. But this one kinda' snuck up on me (In a really long, drawn out, painful and prolonged kind of way, might I add. It took for fucking ever to get any of it right. It just. Didn't. Want. To. Happen).
Still don't entirely know how I feel about it to be honest. It may go back into the sketchbook and stay there with the others I'm not so wildly keen on, but after slogging to death to make it take shape I'm not so sure I want to leave it to languish either.
Eh, I'll sleep on that, I think.
Random question though, who on earth gets the unenviable job of doing the almost total body-wax it must take to get some of the models in my sourcebook to that glossy, baby-butt finish?
Inquiring minds want to know.

And again with the thighs, I just want to squeeze them and see how hard and muscular they feel, even more so because they're Wolverine's thigh's.

And his calf muscles but christ those butt cheeks and the way the lighting falls on them it's almost as if the light itself finds them irresitible and needs to get close enough to caress them. They look so real and firm and can I squeeze them, just a little ... please.
The shadows are amazing, you always seem to get them to fall in the exact place, there's just one thing I want to know ... well two really.
First, can I please please have a copy *grovels*
