On Wolvie # 8
Nov. 29th, 2003 08:26 pmNo spoilers this side of the cut, all I'm going to say is Wolvie looks a lil' like Hugh and he's definitely developed some deliciously flowing long locks these past 2 issues.
I think you know what that means.
Yup...
Thrill as LT gets her boat very much floated...

Lookin' a lil' MovieWolvie around the scowl there I think. Especially in the middle panel. Or maybe it's just the nose, really who can say?
Hair looks mid-length, slightly foofy... could probably stand-in for Van Helsing's body-double.

WOOSH! goes the hair. IEEE! goes Lady-T. FOOF! goes Wolvie's stylist...

Ahh, the shower-fresh Wolverhair, illustrating its full extension and optimum glossiness. It's the stuff LT's obsessions are made of.

Wolvie opts for the late 80's/early 90's side-sweep of the hair, an option that offers both maximum volume and most similarity to post-perm era rock guitarists. (Wheeeee!)
It is, however, a hair choice that requires continual faffing, as hair doesn't much like staying all swept over to one side and does tend to fall right back into your face pretty much continually.
Especially when looking down.

Wolvie goes for a dip, opting here for the windswept, ever so slightly damp look. A more practical choice for this kind of activity, I'm sure you'll agree, while still maintaining optimum faffability.
It is my belief that this is why Lathrop still totally wants in his pants... because at least with this incarnation I can understand it.
Robertson's squish-faced moneky-boy still leaves me baffled. At least right now Wolvie has a neck. And foofy hair.
Really foofy hair.

and here I have lame kinks like noses and backs...

Of course in the greater scheme of things, I think I'd still go for Wolvie every time. Belt-buckle or no.;)
