lady_t_220Yikes, I've totally not managed to make an update today...
OK, so... funny smell was definitely coming from stagnant water in the cistern. Cleaned the upstairs bathroom from top to bottom, including scrubbing the limescale from the taps (It's been an exciting day, can you tell?) and once again managed to avoid slaughtering my grandmother no matter how tempting it's becoming.
On the most part though, I've spent today being booooooooored as all hell. I keep feeling like I should write some smut or something, cause the brain is brimming with ideas, but I just can't seem to form them into coherant sentences. They become garbled in the transfer from brain to keyboard, the words apparently trying to evade capture.
So it's a little frustrating, needless to say. Right now all I have are a bunch of disconnected, unrelated interludes. Like hit and run Wolversmut. Shoehorning them into some kind of situation is proving problematic, but then there's nothing new in that. I tend to have that problem a lot.
Thinking about it though, there's a scene kicking around in my bits file that could probably be fleshed out to something readable without too much difficulty. Maybe I should go finish that. I mean it's been sitting there since like 2001...
Maybe I can nudge it out into a sort-of-sequel to How do you want me?... *ponders*
