*cringes*
I don't speak Spanish, but even I can tell they're mauling that accent.
I'm just wondering who should break it to them that they're going to one of the really touristy bits, there's a fair ol' possibility that there'll be lots of people speaking English.
*shrugs* Eh... and this is why I holiday in countries where it's only my accent, not my entire language, that's foreign. ;)
I have enough trouble with English sometimes, I don't think I'd do well adding even more to that.
So anyway, the folks are playing around with some online repeat after me type basic Spanish course and the boywonder's playing Pink Floyd really loudly. Meddle + disrupted Spanish pronunceation guide = really freaking odd-sounding.
Yeah, like Floyd ain't weird enough already...
