Hitchcock, spud and squirrels
Sep. 29th, 2003 08:31 pmSo we were right. JR has a random case of The Birds. Psycho. Vertigo.
Dunno when that's gonna' sort itself out, but never mind. At least having him confined to his room leaves me many hours of peace and quiet in the afternoons.
On the bad side this evening, I just burned the shit out of my mouth on unnaturally super-heated jacket spud.
Ow ow ow ow ow ow ow... *hops around doing the hand-flappy, wafting, in need of cold things dance of sudden burning pain*
YeGods I hate when that happens. >.<
Apparently though, we have Vienetta in the freezer.
Wow, I remember the days when that was posh damn ice cream you know. And the adverts always involved a sudden powercut and someone cunningly snarfing the last portion in record time before the lights came back on.
*nods to self*
And Access was your flexible friend, Guinness had that guy in their commercials, Stone's green ginger wine bottles danced highland jigs at christmas and Piano-moving monkeys sold tea.
And now I feel dated.
