lady_t_220I have the biggest damn bruise on my knee... I got attacked by a chest of drawers at work today.
Aaanyhoo, the folks are all downstairs watching TTT and whinging at me for being anti-social.

Frankly I don't care that much for LOTR, I never have. I'm quite happy to sit up here and poke through fics and stuff. That and they're all down there drinking and to be honest I can't be bothered with it. I don't feel like drink and I really haven't for almost a year now. Plus I have to work in the morning and alcohol makes me sleep like utter crap, even in small doses.
So yup. I'm up here being antisocial. :D
I should make more of an effort. Sarah's an old friend but GOD, you ever hit that point where you've known someone for so so long you can't ever imagine not knowing them, but despite that you have NOTHING to talk about?
Well that's us. We have no comonality other than that which you get purely by dint of knowing someone your whole life.
I read comic fantasy, she reads science textbooks... plus she thinks my Wolverine obsession is weird... ;p
And yes, I know it is, but it's my kinda' happy weird, so that's good enough for me.
The boywonder does better. They have late-night philosophical arguments. I don't like discussing philosophy because I figure by its very nature it's open to individual interpretation and is somewhat of a pointless thing to discuss. I have my reasonings for life the universe and everything, and rationalising them to you won't ever change yours it'll just make you waffle back at me, which in turn will not make me change my mind... so where's the point?
But then I feel the same about religion. You're free to have yours and do with it however you please, just don't try and convert me cause I'll stick my fingers in my ears and go LA-LA-LA at you. ;p~~#
Uh, but back to my point... whatever the hell my point was...

And I'm thinking of converting this L/R WIP to being a Wolvie/Jubes because I fancy a change of pace and am becoming oddly fond of her character... but that involves a lot of re-editing and insertion of fizzy dialogue...
*weighs actual energy possessed against theoretical energy required to re-write fic and decides upon apathy instead*
