Sooooo... pay this week was better than I expected but not as good as I hoped. But a trip round to granny's for some very minor lifting of random objects onto high shelves and a light-speed waltz with the hoover quickly and conclusively remidied that... Dude, she way overpaid me, but then I guess this is what grandparents are for.

Now I have stuff I want to buyyyyyyy... *rubs hands*

Mum and the boywonder are in Wales today, rescuing one of his college projects (and coincidentally, the other half of our long long long awaited bannisters) from a gallery there.
They should be back at some point this evening so it means I am left to pick up JR from work an a couple of hours.


On an unrelated note, my throat feels all scratchy. I thought at first it might have been the Ambi-Pur things at work, cause it's been on an off all week and I KNOW I'm allergic to them. I sneeze constantly while I'm there and the scratchy throat thing has been so far a work-related issue. But it's sticking around today. Either I got some on me and it's having a lingering effect (Possible, as I changed one of the refill bottles) or I'm coming down with something a bit.
I hope it's the former, I have no desire to get all snotty and crap right now.
I have comics to buy tomorrow and Pirates to view repeatedly, and allendes to exchange exceptionally belated christmas pressies with... XD


Oh, and the time's gotten away with me while I've been tinkering with my website...
Have to pick up JR soon...

Just over the Hereford boarder, I believe. It took us like... months to track it down cause the people who own it were mates of one of John's old college tutors, which is how they got it in the first place... only they lost contact and the bannister blipped off radar ^^;
