Wheeeeeeee...
Jul. 20th, 2003 11:40 pmRandom nostalgia moment:
Ohh me gosh, I loved this book when I was little...
On a similar note, it came to mind a few weeks back that I had a similar era book when I was young that involved three sisters and their inheritance money. Classic style of tale, in that one refused to spend it and lived in poverty and was miserable, and one spent all of it and was forced to live in the attic of her mansion because they paid the servants by letting them sleep in the nice rooms (and was miserable) and the third lived within her means and was happy... I just remmeber that I loved the artwork in this particular edition and I can't remmeber what the book was called.
Or who it was by...
Though I did find that I still have my copy of Why are there more questions than answers, Grandad? which is a fabulous book even if it has lost its cover and been put back together with sticky tape. ;)
Ok, random nostalgia over with, I need to go to bed.
