lady_t_220Gave JR his present a few hours early so I could explain what it was. As I have no intention of being awake before he goes to work I figured it'd be better to do it now.
He seemed to like it but, in typical blokey way, he was more desperate to know exactly which bits of the bike each abstract was taking from.
*shakes head, rolls eyes, doesn't quite know what to think*
And now... bed I guess. Sleep, try to be less of a miserable bastard come the morning.
Oh and, darnit, the fact that Kerrang keep playing Muse's Stockholm Syndrome keeps making that long-dormant half-assed plot bunny remind me of its presence. Great, like I don't have enough half-assed ficcage happening right now. *facepalm*
So I have 2 I want to get off my back right now. One wolvie/Jubes on which is technically done but just doesn't... feel right, and the never-ending-can't-make-it-work shamelessly narcissistic one which, given a combination of the plot and how cruddy I've been feeling about work lately is almost undoubtedly going to get an overhaul to reflect said grungy mood.
Not that I really feel like working on it, mindyou. I need a freaking holiday. -_-;
