deke last night about that AU monstrosity what I wrote.
*chalks up first bit of unsolicited feedback regarding that one*
Smooshy feedback makes me happy! :D There's just not enough of it going around *she says hypocriticaly, because she's just abysmal at remembering to FB*
On the other hand though, all I can seem to write now it unemotional dross. It's most depressing.
My dissatisfaction with the ending of that L/R one has still got me stumped so I think I'm going to have to admit defeat and drop that one for a few days.
Just generally work is sucking my soul... or at least it's reducing my average sleep patterns which is almost as bad. Can't write when you're tired, all you get is crap.
Might poke that L/J one for a while maybe. See how that turns out.
BUT, of course I can't really do any of that today because I'm going to Charlie's.
Sans Rachie it seems, who's totally not got in touch with me...
Gonna' swing by Safeways first, grab some munchies. I mean if we are, as charlie suggested, going to watch huge amounts of anime as well as the entirety of the MTV movie awards, we're going to need snackage.
(The movie awards are for her cause she's not seen 'em yet, and she wants to hobbit spot)
Must say though, I'm veerruh pleased with the picture qualiy we're getting when recording the cable with the downstairs VCR. It's coming through beeyoooootiful.
The transmission upstairs is coming through a bit (very) crap in hot weather though. I think one of the connections or cables in the loft is suffering because it's hunky dory all winter, and great late evening and early morning, it just DIES around 3-6 pm. All channels get crappy and weird... it's got to be a dicky connection or something.
Hm, enough chatter. It's Saturday morning, I have time I need to idle away, fics I need to ignore, snacks I need to purchase and a friend I need to lurk at and hopefully get drunk with.
Yeeah, I'm hoping for a good day.
