Things, updates, whatever...

lady_t_220I was going to start reading that Harry Potter book today... bloody meternal unit's hidden it somewhere till she's finished. >.<
Oh well... kinda' too tired to concentrate on anything for long anyway. I should start trying to get to bed earlier cause this morning I was just like... dead and zombified woman.
Got out of bed, lurked online for 20 minutes, got dressed, went downstairs and flaked out on the sofa till it was time to leave.
Mmm... comfy sofa...
Well, comfy-ish sofa... it's smelled better, it must be said. Came home the other day to find the dog asleep on it, cushions and magazines shoved off onto the floor, and a little wet patch under her head where she'd been drooling in her sleep...
Greeeeeat...
I'm thrilled...
Kat and I wrote a little more of that Wolverfic cliche drinking game yesterday. We're just onto page 3 now, and if it gets much longer it's going to be edging into scarily drunk terratory.
It's neatly divided into 2 halves though. A general first half relating to shoddy plots and OOC-ness for those who don't read smut, and then it becomes a steady slide into a bad-sexual-practice half for those who do.
The second half is funnier IMHO, but then bad sex is always funny.
And for those out there with that aversion to the word "chuckle", you'll be glad to know you get to drown your sorrows too.
Hm, other than that, not done a lot today. work was moderately quiet-ish but it's going to ge complicated as all hell in another couple of weeks. With all the new rooms they've had added on they're re-numbering 12-17 as 12-15 plus N and M.
As it is 15 and 16 keep swapping around just to confuse me...
N and M are the old 12 and 14 (the ones with the shared bathroom though I don't yet know which one will be which), 16's becoming 12, 15's becoming 14 and the currently non-existant 17 is becoming 15... I think...
Either way I'm hoping they get around to putting numbers on the doors cause, while I can tell the keys apart for each room, telling which one's which on a duty list could prove tricky for a few days.
Change the sheets in 15...? is that the new 15 or the old 15 or the 15 that was 16 but then became 15 again but is now technically 12...?
Yeah... could be interesting but I guess it keeps me on my toes.
