I definitely need more sleep than I'm getting, but my body clock is ending up even more screwed over than it was before.
I wake up almost bang on the dot of 7am no matter what all during the week.... which is very unpleasant right now because I can't seem to drop off to sleep till about 1 in the morning no matter how early I go to bed. I end up desperately tired around 2-4 in the afternoons and them I'm wide awake again by about 9-10ish, which is why I can't sleep in the first place.
*beats head against the deak*
So I think I average about 5-6 hours sleep a night at the moment which is slowly but surely removing all ability to form coherant thought. =_=
Played around a bit in P.shop for a while and managed to make one batch of 60 exam papers take FOUR HOURS to check through... (usual time, about an hour, tops)
I've done absolutely nothing else all day and I'm honestly about ready to curl up in a ball on my Wolvermuse's lap and fall asleep.
