Random statistics

lady_t_220Jane, the stand-in chickie, asked me how long I'd been working at the hotel the other day. You know it took me ages to remember?
It'll be a year in October since I got the job and, after trawling back through a lot of previous posts in my LJ, I discovered that it was in fact the 23rd October...
Which means, in naturally brilliant irony, that I'll be jetting off to NYC on my 1st aneversary. :p
Hmm, 7 months... it feels longer, oddly, though also like no time at all. But either way, at least it doesn't make me homicidal like Safeways used to.
Also in the randomly statistical area, I started this journal on 7th July last year and since then appear to have only gone 1 day (29th April this year) without posting anything... and that was while KAT was here and by the time I got around to writing something it was already past midnight.
*scratches head*
Well at least I'm better at updating this than I am at keeping a written journal...
