ahh, now I feel more like me...
May. 20th, 2003 05:51 pmEee, ok I'm getting all excited agian now. Plans for NYC this autumn are starting to shape up. I've discovered that at that time of year, weekend and midweek flights are almost exactly the same price (Unlike in spring, when midweek flights cots literally 3 times as much) and gosh durnit I can't wait!
Lesley at work thinks I'm crazy y'know... she doesn't get the whole Hugh thing, mostly because she doesn't know who he is, but then again she thinks Westlife are the epitomy of musical brilliance so there's no accounting for taste, eh?
Eek and I are hatching plans to see it once with AG and Deke and the rest of the assembled CageCon, and then possibly see it once or twice or however-many-we-can-afford more around that. Cause goodness knows if I'll get back to NYC again next year in time to see it again with Hugh, so I have to make the best of the time I have available.
The exchange rate works quite nicely for me though, which is always a good thing. Even the most expensive tickets clock in at a little over 60 quid which is definitely affordable. I can spend that much in an afternoon...
