ah, things... nothing special

Uhh kay... Found in a random friend of a friend's livejournal because I got bored and went looking for something stupid.
The importance of writing your fanfic smut scenes properly
Also, finished reading the X2 noveliasion. Gotta' be said, I like the movie ending better. Cause let's face it, dying is much, MUCH more dramatic than going blind. Though it does make bringing her back a little tougher it'll also stop people wandering around going "But how can she be a superhero if she's blind...?" in a really stupid Never-heard-of-Daredevil kind of a way.
Ironically enough though, I would think that bringing her back from the dead would be in all likelyhood a "more believeable" plot point to work around than making her sight return, at least in this comic-book inspired universe anyway. Reincarnation is too fantastical for anyone to complain about the science behind it, whereas regaining sight is medically possible in some cases but distinctly not in others. So people wouldn't question something we know is in the realms of the fantastic whereas they do so love to point out plotholes in the things science actually has manged to acheive.
Or at least my mum does, so anyhting that makes a movie-viewing experience with her less filled with commentary is a good thing. ;)
Hmm, sitting here eating the fudge Kat got for me from Lincoln. Had a sudden mad craving for it this morning. Though it comes in a really big block rather than chunks so now I've got slightly crusty dried fudgy bits all over my knife blade from cutting bits ff the bar.
And that's fudge fudge, as in real fudge, not the weird chocolatey stuff you American peoples call fudge, cause they're not the same thing. ;)
For the record it's strawberry and cream flavoured, but on the most part it tastes a lot like fudge.
