ok, I do still post things, really I do...
May. 5th, 2003 03:06 pmSo... updates have been a little slow...
The poor ol' stomach is still a lil' freaky, hence the quiet. I'm at the point where I'm trying to track down food that does not make me want to sit quietly and stare blankly at white porcelain for 20 minutes after eating it. >.<
But I'm getting better... slowly...
Went to have a little meander round the county fair this afternoon. Felt a little weird for about 10 minutes sorta halfway through but a sit down and some sugary OJ sorted that out. I think mostly I'm just having trouble getting my body back in synch with itself.
It's sort of like
this is me here ------- >
This is the darkets black pit of hell -------- >
and this is my metabolism -------- > somewhere about ankle level.
I eat, I get indigestion, I feel ill. I don't eat, my blood sugar crashes, I feel ill. Kind of a no win situation, but the meander out for the afternoon hopefully should have helped.
We saw sheep and really big cows and goats and an Australian guy shearing stuff... and a lott'a horses and an army tank and a TVR just like the one Revolta had in Swordfish.
And I'd better get back downstairs before everyone else wonders where I've got to.
