lady_t_220Ye gods, I am freezing my arse off this evening. Even though it's not actually that cold, apparently it's just me.
Things done today... Ah, got the stuffing and bread sauce sorted for Friday, now happily sitting in the fridge. Tidied up a bit upstairs ready to drag the hoover round tomorrow. Got bitched at by the G-ma for not being willing to give up my bedroom so she can come and live here with us so I can nurse her 24/7 because I "have nothing else to do"... You know, the usual.
Checked the wine levels in the booze fridge- 2 whites and a fizzy all nice and cold for Friday. I think we might have to extend the dinner table again, it's going to be a squeeze fitting 7 plus all the food in the middle. I need like... tessellating serving platters. All of ours are oval, there's a lot of dead space between dishes.
Because, you know, the tessellation of the serving dishes keeps me awake at night, obviously.
