lady_t_220Back once more, long long later, absolutely shattered.
Went to The Tudor chocolate shop in Lichfield and daaaaamn but those truffles look good. Got some champagne truffles as they are my most noted weakness, and a chocolate dog for my bro and a chocolate bunny from R and a lil' pink-wrapped egg because it matched my hair.
I have sooooo much chocolate to eat tomorrow... ^^;;;
We pottered round the market too, and darn me if we didn't find a stall crammed to the gills with just the cutest damn Pucca merchandise.
They had a whole bunch of tops I would have just about killed to be able to wear, but no dice, they were in teeny tiny sizes only. But darnit they had a Garu shirt and Garu was all padded and embroidered and grinning madly...
In the end C ended up getting a plate-spinning-Garu shoulder bag and to make up for the disspaointing t-shirt sizes I got myself a nice warm and snuggly long-sleeved Nickelback shirt, which while not even vaguely Pucca related is very nice and warm and snuggly given the hideously cold weather this evening.
Actually they did have one very amusing shirt with a padded Garu's head strategically placed over one breast and Puccas's on the other, which would have been cool if it wasn't only available in medium (which was actually a small because they're made on China).
The fact that I actually do have boobs, and quite substantial ones at that, is continually a thorn in my side when it comes to way-too-adorable t-shirts.
Watched Chamber of Secrets after we got back and it has t be said we did spend most of it making comments about the Comic releif F&S Chamberpot of Azabaijan spoof. ie, saying "Lemon Sherbert" a lot and quoting Gollum every time Dobby was onscreen.
We did spend a lot of time tormenting Rachie though, given that Bunny kept texting her with cutesy messages. it became a race to see who could steal her phone away first and read what he'd just said to her.
"Nite baby, will B dreaming of U so they will B sweet ones. Luv U xx xx xx xx xx xx xx xx xx xx xx xx xx xx xx" being among the goopiest, and yes there really were that many XX's
I was sure to remind Rachie that in the end it all boils down to jealousy, because he really is so painfully fuzzy and we are all still so painfully single. She's fully at liberty to mercilessly mock when the boot is on the other foot, but till then she's pretty much in for it.
Ah, but for now... I'm going to go relax and start on my easter choccy as I have way too much to reasonably eat tomorrow... :p
