lady_t_220Today it is... too warm to have the windows shut, but too fucking windy to leave them open.
This is awkward.
It's too windy to put laundry out as well, while we're at it. I'm currently sitting here watching the neighbours' washing trying to make a bid for freedom.
Yesterday's drawing endeavours did not go well. Some days are like that. Some days it feels like any skill you previously had has regressed to a pre-adolescent state and it's better to cut your losses and quit rather than keep diggering a deeper and deeper hole for whatever project you're currently failing at.
Which leaves me slightly at a loss because very little is going well at present. Visually speaking at any rate. Better summed up by a dramatic waving of the arms and a frustrated bellow of I CAN'T DRAAAAAAAAW!!!!1!!11!!!!!1!eleventyone!!!1!
I think I shall instead go and get some early lunch, another coffee, and attempt to finish that horrendously dirty fic I'm working on. And I really do mean horrendously dirty. I've got a couple of great plotty ideas I want to sort out but noooo... horrendously dirty is insisting on being written first and crowding out all other ideas until it's had its say.
