lady_t_220Long, long damn day. R was off ill (No surprise, she looked like death yesterday) so I got the joy of both my shift and hers. 8 changes and 2 tidies, I'm absolutely beat.
Lesley set up a Grand National sweepstakes at work. A pound a horse, I took three and drew the current favourite so I may potentialy be getting thirty quid sailing my way after the race.
*shrugs* can't complain... not that I watch the grand national mind you. Or horse racing in general for that matter, but when it's only a couple of quid you may as well play along.
*winces* my hands are so sore today... and I need a shower cause I feel all crusty after work. It was getting hot doing all those rooms. I dread to think of the nightmare it'll be when summer truly arrives. One or two of those rooms are like greenhouses they have so many windows.
Half past 1... ok I need something to eat and then I need to wrestle the remote of JR cause he's watching Farscape re-runs again.
