Hair (not the musical)

I either need to pull some magical fictional cash out of thin air and get off my ass for a haircut, or else I need to try and remember where the fuck I put the hair elastics I kept cause it's getting to the point where I can put it in pigtails again and frankly it's pissing me off.
Growing it long again is free, but it's at the really awkward and annoying length where it's kind of neither long nor short, it's just crap.
