Spontaneous shutdowns
Aug. 22nd, 2010 11:38 amHunh, my comp just did that spontaneous power-down thing again. It's not done that since I had JR switch out the power supply a few months ago. Though given as the new one was not actually *new* so much as just *different* I think it's possibly not long for this world either. Great. Just what I need.
(At least... I don't think it was new. I don't remember paying him anything and he usually demands money for replacement bits unless they come out of the spares pile. But then I don't remember exactly when he switched them out either so though I would have blogged about it at the time I don't have a clue when it was to go back and check. Note to self- must start putting content-related titles on posts. Cause if it was a NEW-new power supply I'm going to be a little pissed it's started wonking-out already.)
Well, either that or there's a bigger problem at base than power supply issues, which is not a happy thought so I'm not going to think about it.
Where's my lottery win, damn you universe? Cut me some slack here...
