A great strength of feet
Mar. 30th, 2003 07:16 pmNearly slipped over in the gravel in the back garden before dinner. Managed to stop myself just in time but it nearly twisted the heck out of one of my chronically screwed over ankles.
Luckily it didn't really do a lot of damage and I was able to walk it off, but *sheesh*
My ankles have really bad luck. Really really bad luck.
In fact since birth the only other part of myself that has ever been properly injured was my elbow, when it got dislocated as a child.
Other than that it's sprained ankles, twisted ankles, more sprains, some strains, a pulled achilles tendon, two more twisted ankles and countless near-misses.
This is also the reason I do not wear high shoes. I'm too afraid that I'll fall off them and actually break something next time.
