lady_t_220Made experimental strawberry muffins just now. (Yes, still trying to find new and exciting things to do with strawberries.)
They're ok. Not sweet enough, IMO (I might glaze them) and the recipe I used has a slightly odd texture about it. The banana-peanut ones I made the other week seemed more... muffin-ey. These are pleasant but I'm not 100% certain exactly what they are. Still, mum seems to like them so I guess that's something.
