Drama o' the Day
Mar. 27th, 2003 12:46 pmYou know you're in for trouble when Melanie (boss' daughter) actually RUNS to the door.
I walk by as she storms into the office, anger seeeething from every pore.
Yes, Melanie has had another argument with Teresa, the duty manager at the De Mont. I heard very little of her ensuing bitch-fit but it went something like this.
"I said if you've got a fucking problem with me, tell it to my fucking face. She said 'You're poison, Melanie, you're poison! I don't want you here, get out!' I said if I didn't have my son with me I'd claw your face of, you bitch. She said 'well why don't you, come on?' Then she took her glasses off, I swear she was just asking for me to slap her face off. I said not with my son here. You take him, mum, I'm gonna' go back and fucking kill her!"
Heeeeeeeeeeee... and
kaeshan thinks I can be histrionic...

This is true... ;D
Though either way you slice it, catfight girlies fight dirty.
Plus bitchy slapfights are tremendous fun to watch. :p
Not that that has anything to do with anything, mind you.

Date: 2003-03-27 07:17 am (UTC)Yes, I'd imagine that catfight girlies wouldn't be too bothered about adhering to Queensbury Rules when going at it. I've never seen a proper slapfight, so *shrugs* I daresay it'd be a darned sight different to the awesome spectacle that is my honed and polished streetfighting. Yeah, watch the way I work that Saotome Secret Technique - never fails! *falls over laughing*

I have the great urge to scream "Your blood, my blood, the blood of our ancestors!! No one can defeat my Shadow Skill!" But that's totally the wrong anime...

The heel went down his ear, ruptured his eardrum, and even years later his ear's a funny shape.
Totally unnecessary :-P

The Saotome secret technique is based on three principles: Speed, strategy, and separation
You mean, run away until you can think of something better?
You got it!
And you call yourself a Martial Artist!
Hey, it's harder than it looks!
Re:
Date: 2003-03-27 07:44 am (UTC)LOL!
I shouldn't find that funny, but yet strangely I do...
My sister (pratheepa) has the Shadowskill Movie
I've not seen it all the way through either, but I have been forced to sit though 2 Pokemon movies and almost the entires series of Nadesico, Bublegum Crisis and large chunks of Macross Plus thanks to my seriously obsessed friends.

LOL! ah, that sounds like just my kinda' technique...
Like Rincewind from the Discworld. Doesn't matter where exactly you're running to, it only matters what exactly you're running FROM.

Yah, it's amazing how much of that stuff you pick up by passive diffusion... :-)
And the Discworld series is way cool. I've only read about 8 of them, but so far it's all good!

It's infectious. You know you've been around affected people too long when you realise you can hum the theme tune to Escaflowne even though you've never actually seen it.

I've read most of them so far. I've not had time to get onto The Truth or any of the paperbacks after that, but then I've still not finished Douglas Adam's The Salmon of Doubt yet either.
(Though ask anyone and they'll all swear blind he died on purpose, just so he could annoy people by leaving yet another unfinished mystery book for them to puzzle over.)
