Wet Sunday

Kinda' damp now. Should really go and change or something. I was a good gal y'see. Took advantage of the nice weather and washed the car. Got kinda' wet. (Get those minds out the gutter). Then helped out in the garden a bit, doing the only thing I'm any good at... watering stuff. Which also resulted in getting wet, especially when it degenerated into a water fight as these things naturally do. Sprayed my mum sprayed the dog, got pretty soaked myself, got water all over the benches my mum had only just finished painting... (uhh, oops...)
So, all good clean fun. Quite literally in fact.
Except for the car which is only really mostly clean. I'm not very good at cleaning cars, so it has a few spots I sort of missed. But *eh* it's better than it was. I don't hear anyone complaining. It's the first time it's seen anything other than rainwater since it was MOT'd.

I see recently people have been comparing the appearance of Van Helsing to Vampire Hunter D. My dear darling brother, the boywonder, has decided that actually he looks more like The Shadow from that somewhat dubious Alec Baldwin film.
*scratches head*
I can sort of see what he means, but even Hugh's nose ain't THAT big ;)
Yes on the black foofety cape and mask deal, but really... *shakes head*
Plus Alec Baldwin has an entire shag-pile carpet glued to his chest every time he took his shirt off in that film, even comic book Wolverine isn't quite that hairy. And that's really saying something.
(Mmm, let me comb your beautiful silky back hair...) *shudders*

Ha! A bit of sun and we all make a mad dash for the gardening tools *g*

The pic of him on the official site, the one stood on the hill in the shadows with the hat down and mask on kinda reminds me of Lou Diamond Phillips in Young guns.

Don't know why though!

Hee, trust me, watering stuff is the ONLY thing I do. I tend to kill things rather well.

I think it's the hat combined with the scarf type thing. I can see what you mean though.

Bwahahaha! It is rather addictive that icon of yours.

I was reading posts on my friends list earlier and spent an absolute age just staring at that icon of yours :)

The man should never be allowed to remove his shirt without waxing first. He's Robyn Williams hairy. Monkey hairy.

8-O *shudders, too* :-P
