Let's just say, I work primarily to afford short-notice trips when Hugh decides all of a sudden that he's going to star in a play in Peru followed by a concert tour of Azerbaijan or where the hell ever. Right now I'd be hard pushed to afford a theatre trip to London...

Lucky. Me? In about 2 months, if the spouse unit doesn't get a new job to replace he one he's laid off from, my income will be the only thing between us and living in our cars. Never mind, there won't be a penny leftover to buy food. Not a worry for me. I can live of the fat of the land [my rump, etc.] Mmm- bbq kitty cat!
