Well, it's the 6th, it's Epiphany, all the christmas decs have come down (took mine down yesterday but the maternal refuses to have them down elsewhere until the very last moment) and so crimbo is now officially over. I think we've even pretty much eaten all the leftovers.

House now looks very dull without frippery everywhere.

Also still have blu-tac all over the ceilings, but that can wait till the boy gets here at the weekend, cause, you know, he's tall and I'm too lazy to lug around the stepladder.



I totally need to do laundry and I really can't be arsed.

We got a couple of inches here, which is unusual for this bit of the country. The main roads are clear, but my street is like an ice rink at the moment.
