Jan. 4th, 2010 11:26 pmThe just-how-useless-are-Watersones saga continues. The book's page on their site has now reverted back to it being a pre-order, despite the fact that it came out over a month ago and amazon has it in stock for immediate shipping.
I have written a very grumpy letter to customer service and, annoyingly, felt obliged to cancel the order. Cause at this point it's pretty obvious I ain't gonna' get it.
Which means I still have a solid half-a-book's worth of credit to use on their site, and NO desire to order anything from them at any point in the conceiveable future.
Bugger.
I hate to let good credit languish.
On the semi-related topic of which, I really should have gone to the library while I was in town. I still haven't properly investigated since they re-opened in November.
