Maybe it's my screwy overly-dark monitor here at work, but that does not look like a bottle to me.
To me, it kind of looks like he's blowing into a horn. Maybe one of those ones made from an antler.

When you look at his face though it doesn't look like he's blowing.
Just don't look at the face too long, it has a very distressing effect.

Marvel is just cruel. Why, oh why, did they give us two years of Chen perfection only to snatch it away again? I'm gonna have to make a Chen shrine, complete with candles and prayer mats. Maybe we can wish him back. ;-)
