Maternal and I took down the xmas decs today. Technically a few days early but I feel like warmed-over death and she's been inches from strangling JR for keeping her awake with his dramatic coughing the past few days. Really neither of us felt like dealing with it after going back to work on Monday. So down they have come.
Little bit sad, but... ehhhh~
I had two (three?) nights plagued by a tickly cough that would manifest literally just as I was dozing off. Every time. So as you can imagine neither of us was quite feeling the seasonal cheer any longer.

Still, my Being Human box-set arrived this morning.
It is, mind you, faintly laughable in that it's just all the bog-standard individual season sets, held together in a really awkward box. Not a NICE box like Who or Torchwood, but a really terrible flimsy box that is pretty much guarenteed to tear and/or get creased the moment you look at it. Like a fun-size cereal packet. As such I think for the first time in the history of ever I may honestly just... remove them from the box and allow them to be individual seasons. It was totally the most economical way of buying the set but even my OCD mint-condition heart can bear to seperate the seasons in this particular case.
That said, I achingly need more space for DVDs. We're well on the way to tripple-stacking.

Currently though I am contemplating the chances of falling asleep in the tub if I go and take a nice relaxing bath.
I think I might be willing to risk it.
