So anyway... did the grocery shop for the old woman, and worked up a vile sweat in the process. The humidity out there was revolting. I was glad to get home and hurl myself through the shower.

But in good news I posted packages for kaeshan, viewoftheworld, khakigrrl and jaguarx13 and it all came to under a tenner so the world is good.


I have a horrible, random urge to make biscuits. I'm not sure why that should be.

(The English kind, that is, not the American kind. But lets not get into that cookie biscuit scone rock-cake debate again... ever... )

Weather's been hot all day but apparently it's on the turn.
