Add two scoops
Jan. 30th, 2003 01:40 pmMy current total lack of inspiration is grating on my nerves. So many fics to finish, so little inspiration to finish them with.
I suppose I should put in the corrections that Rocky found in that long-assed AU. The punctuation ones at any rate, some of the others I'm not so sure what to do with.
Things like "travelled" have been changed to "traveled" even though both are right. Just one of them's English and the other's American, I can't decide if I can be bothered to change them on the original or not. Plus the Americanised version isn't recognised on my spellcheck, which is odd really because it's constantly wanting to spell things with Z's instead of S's.
Blech, stupid language divide.
I think I'll leave them as English. I mean, cause I am English after all, and it's not like an extra L or a bunch of S's is going to make it illegible. It's not even like either of them is any more or less correct than the other.
Just had an e-mail from Kat about CageCon Canada. I had to wait for my mum to phone from work before replying to it because I really didn't know what to do. The world is throwing spanners in my works again and I will definitely admit to being both confused and a little dissapointed.
Mums are always good at coming up with suggestions but I really was looking forward to going to Canada and I don't know if it'll happen now.
Have to wait for KAT to get online and talk to her in person...
