lady_t_220Got called into work at half 8 this morning. The other girl's mum was taken into hospital yesterday so she had a big crapload of stuff to deal with and naturally wasn't in work this morning.
Anyway, they called at 8:30 but JR didn't see fit to wake me up till 9... was working by about 20 past and spent most of the morning crawling round being half-dead. I need at least an hour to wake up properly here, people. I need that hour to run the gammut of hypocondriac ailments, realise that actually I'm OK and pull myself together enough to drive without crashing...
Yeah, 10 minutes not quite long enough...
Filled up the car on the way home though, seeing as it was pretty much running on fumes and I didn't notice it was empty before I left this morning.
Good job it's a short hop to work really...
I have very little else coherant to say honestly. I don't know if they'll want me in again tomorrow morning so I guess I'd better set the alarm just in case... :/
Nothing worse than being woken by the phone.
