Got home and found the courier had delivered the missing parts while I was at granny's. JR assembled it while mum was cooking dinner and now... well just lookit!
*twirls around being happy happy, oh so painfully happy*

I love my computer...

Oooh, me too... writing stuff in advance then lugging it down the road then socialising with granny before I can hog her PC for 3 hours was a really long-winded way of going about things...
