lady_t_220*gah* and after all that random fic downloading yesterday I get home and discover it's not saved properly and I can't open the freaking file >.<

Current expected date for server-repair is this weekend aparently. The power suply arrived this morning but the rest is still in transit. *blargh* I'm feeling randomly pessimistic. I have this lingering paranoia that the power weirndess and exploded motherboard will have dome something random to the hard drives and thus render it still useless.
I know that's a needlessly negative view to take on things but it's getting to the melacholy stage.
And the needlessly bitchy stage too. I spent most of my morning at work wandering around cussing under my breath at the audacity people had to actually make their rooms untidy. It's like PMSing but without the PM part ;p
I claim the internet is like clinical addiction. My mum helpfully commetned that I was evidently doing a bloody crap job of going cold-turkey on it.
I think she's missing the point.
I'm also gonna shut up whining about it before you all start hitting me for being such a miserable bitch these past 3 days.
Tried to work a little on one of my unfinished fics today, but I've come to a little bit of a standstill getting it from the opening part of the story to the random hot monkey sex swiftly while still conveying all the relevant plot to make the sudden inclusion of the hot monkey sex make sense...
Not that that sentence made any sense either...
I'm having an incoherant day it seems.
