lady_t_220Back from viewing number 3, and I was right, I did nearly doze off halfway through. Less to do with the movie itself, more to do with the fact that it was warm in the cinema, very VERY cold outside, and I'd spent all morning shifting furniture around at work.
No bottoming (or associated whinging) for me, that's R's domain apparently. So Instead I got to reassemble room 12 after the elecrician, the carpet fitter, the decorator and various assorted workmen had all finished using it as a store room.
It was kidnd of a mess and most of the furniture was being stored in room 14 so I had to lug it all across the hallway.
*creaks around*
I should have put the vallance sheet on the box section before the mattress went down, but I forgot and then couldn't be fucked to lug around the double mattress any more than I already had done, so I stuck the vallance in the laundry (well it was covered in plaster dust and cat hair anyway) and left it off.
Hopefully no one will whinge. I'll put it back on Thursday anyway, if R's not already done it by then.
So it's still effin freezing out there... averaging around -3ish, more with the wind chill and there's certainly been plenty of that, especially first thing in the morning. *gah* I'll be glad to stay in bed tomorrow.
Nothing like scraping the ice from the car windows at 8:15 in the morning to wake you up, and I really, really don't mean that in a good way.
Might snuggle up in front of the TV tonight and watch that DVD I bought yesterday. Sounds like a good enough plan to me.
