I know I know it, but I can't remember what it is and it's irking the crap out of me.

You should! I've only seen a few episodes mid-season, but it was still great. The episodes are pretty much stand-alone. And Hugh Laurie is amazing. And the House/Wilson slash is just soooo obvious. *g*

I started watching in the middle of the season, too, and it's just as good. And yeah. Wilson is House's boyfriend.

It took me a couple of episodes to realize exactly who I was watching. After that, it became the source of endless amusement. :D
