lady_t_220Took a shower earlier... and spontaneously shed a whole layer of skin from my chest and shoulders, all in one go.

God, that was disgusting, and also incredibly freaky, when seperated pockets of that loose skin filled with water and formed big, freaky-assed bubbles. O_O Yes, yes it did freak the shit out of me when I noticed.
On the positive side though, it seems to have eased a lot of the pstchotically distracting itchiness. but has made a couple of patches kinda' sore again. But then they were still tender to start with and getting poked and prodded and peeled really didn't help. I am anticipating them being a lot better by tomorrow though. I hope.
On the note of positive side-effects however, I have a very low-grade allergy to soap powders. This manifests itself as a perpetual, tiny, spotty rash on my upper arms. The sunburn and resultant peel however seems to have completely cleared it for the first time in close to 18 years.
Which is nice. I haven't had smooth upper-arms since I was a little kid and used to insist on running around naked.
I'm sure you never needed to know that about me. XD
