Oooh, my DVD of To The Ends Of The Earth arrived.
Shiny.
Also, Dutch. Long story. Ultimately boils down to cheaper + prettier box. And given as you can turn the subtitles off it makes little difference either way.
Really though, it's like how my German edition of The Fountain is so much prettier than either the UK or US ones. Why does mainland Europe get the pretty boxes?

So, I just have to settle my arse down and watch this and Small Island and Fortysomething and I think I will have more or less caught up with Cucumberpatch's filmography though one medium or another. Huzzah for Youtube. Still have an arse-load of radio and audiobook stuff I've not listened to yet though. I HAVE them, but they're just still sort of sitting there. I am leery of the ones with tragic endings, it's why it took me so long to watch The Last Enemy, there's only so much tragic ending I can take in one go.
(Seriously, stop being so fucking whumped, Mr Cucumberpants. I know you're good at it but, GOD... It's probably no wonder the Ipswich episode of Cabin Pressure gets listened to so often. Quiches and slight abnormality of the inner ear and all...)
