You know what...?

This... is really nice vodka. I know Richard swears by Stolichnaya, but it has an adge on it I'm not so keen on, but this... this is pretty good. And yes, I know it's only 11:30. Bite me. It was a quarter-shot to sample.

Eh, so anyway... you know the daily drill. Granny was cuckoo, work was blah, weather's trying to decide if it'll stop drizzling any time soon and I have no plans for the day.



Guess I'll go find some lunch then.

Hey Kat... you know that corner of the kitchen you can't get to cause of all the random crap that's wound up there...?

Yeah, well you can get to it again now. Floor needs mopping though, it's still suffering from JR's instant coffee snowstorm of DOOM moment. I mean really who in their right mind picks up a jar of instant coffee by the lid, when it's not a screw-top container? That's just asking for the bottom to fall off somewhere between points A and B. And if you've ever left instant coffee unattended, after a while it reacts with the moisture in the (incredibly humid) air and forms a black, tar-like adhesive. Which was all over... well... you know... everything.

*sighs*

Still, at least now we can see what still needs scrubbing as opposed to all the junk that got stuck on top of it for no discernable reason and glued together with coffee-tar.

Sometimes I think living with a trained monkey would be cleaner. View, you wanna' trade your drunken sailor-monkeys for JR? I will gladly take those monkeys off your hands...

Ok, so a lil' while ago wolvinatrix had the notion to start a cafepress shop, as just a bit of a laugh really.

A fandom shop, in fact. Now, be aware that there's not a lot up there yet. There's nothing in the misc section so far and only a couple in the others, BUT that's where y'all come in.

First of all:

Secondly, tell me what you want to see. What random, fandom obscurity are you after? Any fandom, not just Hugh or Marvel. Have something you want to see put in the misc section? The Hugh section? Have a favourite "My Fandom..." slogan you want emblazoned across your bosom? Want a selection of ChibiWolvie shirts?

The only proviso is that we can't really use copyright images, so we can't put that particular picture of Wolvie or that luscious photo of Hugh/David/Johnny/CaptainJack/Clive/Keneth/whoever. Because that would get us into trouble and that would be bad.
But we can do other things- slogans, toons, original graphics. Gimmie ideas, gimmie wants, gimmie fandomness...


Thirdly, as far as I'm aware, whatever's up there right now is functional so if you see something you have to have then feel free to buy. Though truth be told we're amazingly not in this for making money, we're really in it for extreme dorkiness. And Fandom!love. Though we're new at this, so hopefully it should all turn out OK, but just an FYI we've not yet had a chance to order anything for ourselves and see how it looks in person.

Oh, I added some chibis to the fandomshop so you can get chibi shirts and stuff now.

I don't know why you'd want that, but... you never know.

Though my lightbulb's gone again and I'm too lazy to find a torch to hunt down the replacement, so I'm doing a lot of sitting in the dark again. It'll wait till tomorrow. Fortunately for me I can navigate the chaos in my room literally with my eyes shut.

I'm also fully capable of getting dressed in the dark, and as yet no one's ever noticed. I'm not sure if that's a good thing or not... I'm hoping it's just indicative of the fact that I know exactly what's where and what goes with what purely by memory, and not indicative of the fact that I always look like I got dressed in the dark.

I hope.


Oh, and for the record... THOSE leather pants do it for me almost as much as all the filthy-talk yesterday. Yes they do. Yes they really, really do...

He needs to wear those pants more often.
