The first interesting thing of the day just occurred. (Even though it's technically tomorrow... take whichever today you prefer, because either way it's the first interesting thing) Went into the bathroom and there's this weird pffffffffssssssssssssssssst like hissing noise and a rather odd smell of wintergreen. Appears an aged can of heat-spray picked tonight to rust through the base of the can and begin to depressurise. An hoolee crap on a cracker did it ever release of lot of heat spray into the bathroom. :S *coughs chokes hacks*

Had to wake the parental unit cause I'm like... uhhhh... pressureised can... kinda' leaking... fair amount of solvent here... what do you want me to do with it to cause least chance of an incident...? I mean apart from opening the window and keeping it away from naked flame...

Eventually it went outside the back door though I'm pretty sure it discharged most of its load into the bathroom before anyone got that far. ^^;

Think I'll leave the window open for a while, it's still pretty high in there...

Kat and I are going to Nottingham on a treck to Hobbycraft and Forbidden Planet. Is there anything anyone wants while we're there?

We're back! Back! Slightly damp, but never mind.
Found a Wolverine I don't already have (It's a miracle!) a christmas present for my mum (Oh my God, Yellow Submarine sticky notes!! *fangirls*) A Christmas pressie for Charlie (360 day desk calendar with full-colour LOTR pictures on (Because it has to have at least a few Frodos in amonst all the other things she doesn't care about so much) and Kat finally found a pair of shoes that meet her very exacting standards.

Oh, I also got blissfully cheap comic bags, cause Leicester only had the expensive kind.

Also, Forbidden Planet is moving (has moved) but we didn't quite get as far as locating their new store... :S I have a flyer that gives the address but this means little to me as I don't know Nottingham terribly well.

Oh, also, also... the vibrate function on my new phone is psychotically strong. I could feel it vibrating against my thigh when in the front pocket of my bag, through 6 tonnes of shopping and a bottle of Sprite. Which strikes me as impressive.

Now... gonna' go hunt down wrapping paper.

You know, one of our chickens has gone broody. Miss Marple is sitting atop her lil' blue egg and refuses to move. She's also taken to trying to dismemebr anyone who comes near her and her lil' blue egg, which is a slight problem.

Anyone got any big, sturdy mitts? Like for falconers? Cause she's got a nasty peck, has miss Marple...

I had something to say earlier. You know, I've completely forgotten what it was now. But then again with View distracting me with chatter about hot roller pins and vibrating lemons, it is any wonder?
