OK, will someone please tell me why I woke up this morning and my legs were stiff like I'd cycled 20 miles or something. It's really freakin' bizarre.

Anyway...

Spoke to JR briefly about my ancient and increasingly cranky OS (I'm still on 98 here, I figure it's time to drag my ass out of the 90's) and I decided that as soon as the rennovation is done I'm going to funnel my fundage into buying a second, more modern 'puter. That way I can phase out my current, much-beloved machine from day-to-day useage, but still have it around as a backup for when things invariably go pear-shaped. It'll also be handy spill-over file storage. So yeah, some time after summer I guess. When I have money. Cause it's getting kinda' tiresome encountering compatability issues these days.
Till then I guess I shall live with IE behaving perpetually erratic, a phenomenon which began when Yahoo changed its mail interface. I'm not certain if that's cooincidence or not.

And now... I suppose I'd better go and... you know... have some kind of verbal contact with the rest of the family before they send a rescue dog up here to check I'm still alive.
