Well the interview was... interesting to say the least.
First off, they're all fucking mad. Secondly, the house they work from is really like a student house gone awry. "This is the blue room... we use it to store props and costumes and stuff in but that matress over there is for when guests sleep over and stuff... this is the white room. We usually practice in here but at the moment we have 2 German exchange students living in it..."
Thirdly, I was there for a really long time... turned up at quarter past 9 like they asked and didn't escape till just after 11, after numerous cups of tea and looking through the Ukranian work experience gir's photo album.
*head spins*
The interview itself was really long too and they kept asking me all sorts of fucking weird questions... I had to do mental arithmatic which astoundingly I actully got right. Name a dance troupe, the last performance you went to and enjoyed, what street is Carnegie hall on, name a dance troupe, 5 orchestras, who are the RAB?
I'm like... oh, ask me something hard why don't you? m(_ _)m~~#
Thank God they're artsy people though. At least they're more likely to go with gut than my ability to calculate VAT in my head...
Popped into town afterwards to pick up half the bits I need for KAT's christmas pressie. *rubs hands evilly* I just need to poke JR into getting one last part of it from eBay for me and we'll be all set.
Well, half all set. I need something else of Rachie but she can't find it so... I may have to buy a new one. ^^;;
I think it's gonna' be fun though... it's certainly making me laugh...
