Went to the city and, as always, spent way more then I should have... >.<

Picked up my comics (Legitimate expense, darnit) but then I made the mistake of going into Spencer's and lo and behold, they had 8" Evo Wolvie figures... *fingers itch*
Expensive though, but in the long run worth it cause the cheapest places were all mail-order and what you save on the figure you pay on the postage, so... *eh*
I really wanted to get a second one but I couldn't afford it. I have an evil plan ahead for it but it'll have to wait... I hope they still have them when I go in again next time around. I could pick one up then if they do.

Oh, and I found some of that pickled onion Monster Munch that's suposed to turn your tongue blue... ^____^


Read Wolvie 181 on the train home. Gotta' say, I love his expression near the end when that kid asks him about Spiderman. hehehehe
Overall, I'm just soooo happy to have Chen back. The story comes in as secondary so long as the pictures are pretty...

I feel like running with the general theme recently and making some new icons before my paid membership expires... I'm actually kinda' tempted to twist mum's arm and see if she'll let me use her cards to buy more time cause I really like having all these icons... and my Hugh moods ^__^

Though as I said, I spent far too much today already,.I think for the sake of my Canada fund I'd better stop right now before my savings dip any further.

Oh, had a mail from Charlie earlier... Her mum has seen Swordfish and has been converted to the wonder of Hugh. She's requesting a copy of one of the yellow towel pictures I have lurking around so she can stick it up in her new office at work.
Sent her a couple so she could choose her favourite and another random one I stumbled upon that I figured might go down well. One must share the semi-nekkidness! ~_^


Been playing with Evo Wolvie... Heh, he realy seems to like vinyl. I like his karate outfit, I think it's cute.
*battles with remembering how to tie a proper judo knot*
Though, I had a heckuva job getting his boots off... his mask is a bit of a struggle too but almost worth the effort because it looks so gosh-darned stupid. ^^;
He's entertainingly flexable though rather unsteady on his feet. He'll be another one of the sitting Wolvies when he joins his comrades on the shelf, I think.

And if you bend him right you can do lewd and/or suggestive things with that fist... XD

Eeeeee, Palin's been on Parky this evening! *glomps Palin* Everyone's favourite, downtrodden huggable Python, plugging his new TV series (travelling the Sahara this time FYI).
Though typically they have lots of fun with Palin and then make everyone depressed by interviewing Kate Adie right after... "Yes.. warzone... small child sitting with his father's corpse under the christmas tree..." etc etc
Never interview a war-correspondant right after a comedian, it makes everything so much more apauling... ^^;;

I'm having the urge to make wallpaper this evening, but I'm feeling a little too lazy to clear the junk off the scanner and actually scan the picture I want to use. See, scanners have flat lids, and flat surfaces make great places to store mugs, books, stationary, random pieces of paper...
