Welcome to my world of sore-throat and vague-post-nasal-drip misery!

I feel like crap.

Actually, I started feeling like crap around 9-ish last night and usually in such situations going to bed at a reasonable hour with some yummy elderberry vodka and sleeping it off works fabulously.
Except for when it doesn't.

Woke up around 5-ish and my throat was SO sore... :(

Had to go hunting for the box of strepsils I had somewhere from my last cold and then went back to sleep again for a couple of hours.

But it was only sore down one side when I got up last night. Now it's sore on both, just worse down one side.

*is not a happy camper*

Though I remember wondering at 5am this morning if it might al be relateed to the Bean. He had his dip/tet/polio vaccinations the other day and he's been reacting to the diptheria one with a sort of pseudo-cold.
I remember in my half-asleep-state trying to work out if it's possible to react to his reaction cause my throat was burning in the exact spot my diptheria booster was dropped. Which I remember vividly giving me a 4-day-sore-throat and no other symptoms.

Though that was half-asleep at 5am. Now I'm actually properly conscious and not just fumbling for strepsils in the dark before passing out again, I think it's more likely to just be a cold.

Oh well. Get it out the way before christmas and new-years at least.

Now where did I leave those Vit-c/Zinc capsules...?

Probably wherever the strepsils were...

Oh, and Spideys elbow has revealed a chocolate donkey.

*looks at Dr Tom icon* I don't care if you're a research scientist not a proper doctor, get your ass over here and make me feel better, damnit!
